Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Darby Harmon

Darby grew up in a military family and has called Vilonia, Arkansas home for the past 15 years. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Since becoming licensed, Darby has worked with a wide range of clients and found her passion in supporting individuals and families impacted by cancer, life-limiting illness, chronic pain, suicide survivors, and major life transitions. She understands that health crises don’t just affect the person diagnosed, but also deeply impact caregivers and children. Darby is a proud member of the CLIMB® (Children’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery) community, a program that supports children whose parents or caregivers have cancer.

Darby believes in meeting people where they are and providing a safe, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is grounded in empathy, resilience, and the belief that no one should have to go through difficult seasons alone.

Outside of her work, Darby is active in her church in Conway and enjoys giving back to her community. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. She is a proud bonus mom to two beautiful girls, mom to a baby boy, and devoted wife to her husband.
