Student Therapist

Victoria Silva earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at UCA. Originally from Brazil, specifically the state of Rio de Janeiro, she has been living in the United States since 2021. She is currently completing her Practicum II and plans to graduate in December of this year.


Victoria has experience working primarily with young adults, with a particular focus on individuals navigating major real-life transitions. She takes a client-centered approach to counseling, grounded in unconditional positive regard, and believes the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative process. In sessions, she strives to create a warm, empathetic, and reflective environment where clients feel supported and understood, working together toward meaningful growth and change.


Having played volleyball for 12 years, athletics have played a significant role in her life, and she enjoys working with athletes as they navigate performance pressures, identity, and transitions both in and out of sport.


In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching soccer, and being with her family.




Caroline is unable to accept insurance but offers her services for only $20 per session.
