Unmotivated. Impulsive. Aloof. These are a few of the negative stereotypes discouraging and challenging people suffering from symptoms of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). At CPC, we believe problems with inattention and hyperactivity are real and can significantly impact the lives of those who have and their families. These problems can have lifelong effects on the functioning of those who remain undiagnosed or who don't have appropriate treatment for their ADHD symptoms. We're committed to providing multifaceted assessment to help you better understand how symptoms may be affecting your ability to work, engage in relationships, and even maintain order in your home. We'll be sure to gather information about your symptoms not only from your perspective, but also from those who are closest to you to get a broader picture of how your symptoms may be affecting your daily life and to enhance treatment planning. Assessment services are also important for ensuring that symptoms you may consider related to ADHD aren't better attributed to other diagnoses including anxiety, mood, or other disorders that can impact attention and executive functioning. When requesting your appointment, please note for us that you're in need of assessment services. At this time we are only offering these services clients 18 years old and older.
