After submission, we contact your referral within two business days and update you within five. You can also fax referrals to 501-358-4932 or email referrals@cpcarkansas.com. We accept referrals from physicians, pastors, attorneys, schools, and other professionals. We value collaborative care and understand how important it is for referring providers to know that their referrals are followed through promptly and handled with care.
